Her professional background includes roles within both publicly traded and privately held pharmaceutical companies, as well as a prominent global law firm. Her extensive expertise encompasses a broad array of legal matters, with a particular emphasis on collaborative counseling in the areas of drug development and commercialization on a global scale, the establishment and execution of healthcare compliance programs, vendor management and contracting processes, securities and corporate governance, capital raising, business development, strategic transactions, intellectual property, privacy, employment, and equity compensation.
